HOT LUNCH DAY COORDINATOR

Collects and organizes all hot lunch orders at the beginning of the year (Pizza, CFA) via Excel.

Coordinator will pull all purchase orders from website manager (WIX), sort, and calculate the information for each lunch day so correct order counts are made for each calendarized hot lunch day.

Will manage and purchase hot lunch sides (goldfish, applesauce, etc.) and any other necessary supplies usually at Costco or Sam's Club for reimbursement

Responsible for ordering lunches for each calendarized hot lunch day throughout the year (usually once per week).

Assists Pizza & CFA Day-Of Lunch Coordinators that are present in the building for delivery (Lunch Day Coordinator does not have to be present for delivery, since there are 2 people always scheduled to be there already)

Role is primarily done at home via computer (organizing data) and phone (ordering food)
AUCTION COMMITTEE MEMBERS
Memory Maker Coordinator

Email staff to ask them to consider offering a Memory Maker for the auction

Organizes offerings in Google Sheets

Reports into Co-Auction chairs for directions and deadlines

Class Auction Basket Coordinator

Can be available to attend Room Parent meeting at the beginning of the year to assist Auction Co-Chairs in introduction meeting

Coordinates ideas for Class Basket submissions within Google Sheets

Sends reminders to Room Parents for Class Basket deadlines

Is available via email for questions related to Auction Basket questions

Communicates with Auction Co-Chair when baskets are turned in

Is available to assist with basket set up prior to the auction

Is available to assist with basket pick up after the auction

Reports into Auction Co-chairs for directions and deadlines
Corporate Donations Coordinator(s)

Organizes reach out to all businesses listed on our Corporate Donations spreadsheet (and/or any others not listed)

Reports into Co-Auction chairs for directions and deadlines

MARKETING ASSISTANT

Helps oversee proper use of logos and brand elements

Assists in managing the calendar of NAPP events on the website and assists in creating supporting assets for events per VP direction

Assists in managing Fundraising support for Auction and ad hoc fundraising events alongside the VP

Supports in the creation of social media content, in coordination with VP of Marketing and other board membersWorks in collaboration with VP of Marketing on website maintenance

Social Media Posting experience is helpful; Canva familiarity is a bonus
-
Oversees all creative content submissions from the NAPP board and works with VP to get work into the creative queue for development and release
